No Questions Asked Exchange Policy!
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Exchange your Order within a period of 10 days and exchange it with other products of same value.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is to drop an email at returns@prettyurparty.com within a period of 10 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are Exchangeed in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair! Is'nt it?

You may Exchange a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being Exchanged needs to be Exchanged in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for Exchanges.

NOTES :

  • Please note that "Pretty UR Party's 10 Days Exchange Policy" does not apply to Customised Items. Please clear all doubts over email or phone before ordering any customised products.
  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Pretty Ur Party team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchanges Policy.
  • Any product/s can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items. You can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Pretty UR Party's 10 Days Exchange Policy."
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Currently exchange is operational in areas where we can arrange pick up.D

REFUNDS

We do not provide refund on any personalised and handcrafted items. However if there is any item which has reached you wrong which you did not order for and is non-customised, we will be happy to offer a refund within 5 days from the day you received the order. Refunds are directly processed to the Debit/Credit or Bank Account which you used to make payments. All Cash on Delivery orders will get credit of the said refund in thier Account for further use.
